My money would have been exhausted buying the September issue of foreign mags before the August issue of the Nigerian ones come out...

Now there are tonnes and tonnes of red carpet photos out on the web, but these are the best and worst dressed to me- Solange and Karolina Kurkova, Pure Perfection. Solange (and her bracelet) wins it just because of Karolina's headpiece... The both of them killed it for me.
